Deposit Request:
The deposit is just a part of the total price of your booking. The rest of the payment will be completed when you are arrived in the camping. 
If the deposit is Euro 0, we did not ask you to pay a deposit and the total payment will be completed in the camping. We ask you kindly to contact us when there will be a change in your plan to visit us.
Total Price:
Please notice that only the price of the pitch is written in this form. The exact price of your reservation will be defined when you are arrived in our camping as it depends on other factors like the amount of adults, children, dogs, boats etc. Please click the button to check all the prices list.
Booking Number:
Please remember your booking number and mention it always when you contact us. 
Check-in and Check-out
Our camping pitches are available from h 11.00 a.m.. 
New guests can enter the camping between 09.30(morning) and 21.30 (evening). If you will arrive before 09.30 a.m. or after 18.00 (6 p.m.), please contact us by phone so that we can give you a warm welcome. 
On the day of departure, the CHECK-OUT is between 08.00 and 11.00 in the morning. 
For our rental accommodations, CHECK-IN is from 16.00 and CHECK-OUT before 10.00.
Registration of every person that stays in our camping is required. At our arrival, you are obliged to show us a valid identity document. 
Pitch:
We will do our best to offer you the pitch number that you prefer. However, because of reservation plan we reserve the right  to change the pitch number without informing you. 
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, we ask you kindly to communicate this with us by email. 90% of the deposit will subsequently be refunded if you inform us at latest 30 days before your planned day of arrival. 
At all times, bank fees are charged to the customer.
